We went home for the long (short) weekend. In one word, it was WONDERFUL! The kids got to play in the sprinkler, baby pools, slip-n-slides, backyard grass and swingsets. I think I had forgotten how much I love sitting outside to eat and relax.
This is how the boys decided to travel down-
Ryan may be our piano player. He touches one key per finger.
PURE joy
Andrew tried to coax Ryan in, but he was not digging the wet grass. After a bit of Papa taking him through, he warmed up to it.
Then we had to fill the baby pool up and water paint
And lose our clothes to be "neked" as Ryan says
They helped Grammy water "neked" and we came home with quite a bit of mosquito bites on their ENTIRE body

Our main reason for going down was to attend Matt and Kate's wedding. It was absolutely beautiful and very fancy. What a fun night!
Heading back to NYC and the summer time concrete jungle and sprinklers at the playground!
