This goofy gus is 4!?!?!?
We had Julian's birthday party a few days early at Rebounders Gymnastics (or 'Nastix') because he loves it so!
The themes that the kids pick almost always crack me up-because they aren't even interested in them! Julian doesn't do anything with TMNT, but that is what he asked for this year!?
Birthday Morning!
And night...it was a whirlwind 10 day birthday celebration. He was sick the night before his birthday so he didn't go to school, so he celebrated there a few days later!
At 4, Julian
~LOVES to sing. He definitely sings more than either of the other two boys did. He has most songs memorized and you'll just hear him in the backseat singing along
~looks at/recites/talks about books 24/7
~is the best snuggler in town and ask Chris or I to snuggle almost everyday
~adds -ed to most words and it is amazing, I can't correct it yet
~is STILL an early riser (like 5:04 is his internal alarm clock 5/7 days of the week)
~asks A LOT of questions, but has usually thought them through and pondering them...and likes to "tease you" when he knows he said something hurtful or silly
~loves school and lunch bunch (and is obsessed with his buddy Noah at school)
~wants to do any sport his brothers are doing and asks me daily when he will do whichever one he isn't currently doing
~can regroup when he knows he needs to. Since he stopped napping almost two years ago, when he needs to relax he heads up to his bedroom and turns his music on and closes his door (hello teenager?!) Sometimes at my suggesting, but sometimes on his own
~loves Pokemon and Foosball (I blame the first on older brothers)
At his 4 year check up Julian was 39.5" and 35.2lbs. You wouldn't ever know our children are BOTTOMLESS! He got two shots and just said-ouch?!?
