We had a small party in Maryland with some close friends and family. Being so close to Christmas, Ryan knew what to do with those presents! This party had a train theme. This was definitely one of the more "juvenile" cakes I have done, but it was fun and the kids loved the candy. And, as my mom said, it was for a toddler.

Andrew and Noah playing Sorry with cousin Anna.
Serious concentration with the tongue out playing legos.
We then celebrated again on his actual birthday. He woke up and Andrew asked for Chocolate Chip Pancakes for Ryan. He also opened the "first present" of the day. It wasn't in his crib, but maybe next year!
We then had our friends Adela, Peter, Braxton, Carly and Jacob over for a little lunchtime celebration. Ryan had fun playing with everyone and even took his 1millionth fall (this time off the ladder:) Oh, Ryan. I think I got pictures with food in every child's mouth!
This theme was cows because Ryan loves to MOOOO. These came out really cute on Thursday night. Then I put them in Tupperware and the nose melted:( They were still cute-this is the before.
After everyone left Ryan got a nap and then we went out to ride our scooters! It was an unbelievably warm day for January and it was nice to get out.
For dinner, since Ryan can't really decide, we decided for him. We know how the boy loves Hot Dogs. We tried to go to Papaya King, but didn't have any cash, so made it over to Shake Shack. We should've gotten Ryan a hamburger! He loved Chris's. They got a milkshake to celebrate on the way home.
Until next year!! Happy Birthday RyGuy!
