Train Garden at the New York Botanical Gardens

We woke up early to take our first trip up to the NY Botanical Gardens Train Show.  This was by far the coolest thing I have seen while in New York. There weren't a ton of trains like I had thought, but every replica was made out of nature. The buildings were all done with stone, twigs, leaves, etc. The boys really liked the trains going around them.  Then we went into the Children's Garden for a Gingerbread Adventure where the boys got to ice cookies, crush cinnamon and make booklets. We had a great time!

 Ryan wouldn't take his thumb out of his mouth or let go of Chris hand.
